Large Mousepad

i have a dell studio laptop, can i change mousepad zoom in/out?

I have a dell studio laptop, when i try and drag something or browse on internet explorer the font or icons (on desktop or internet explorer) really large or really small, because a magnifier thing pops up and if i go down it makes everything huge, go up it makes everything really small. i would like to know if there’s a way i can turn that setting off because it’s sooo annoying. if anybody knows how can you please tell me how? explain thoroughly btw, it’s windows vista. anyone know? PLEASE HELP, i’m getting so annoyed already.

Click on the Start button (or whatever it’s called now, lol)
All Programs
Accessories
Ease of Access Center
Then click on ‘Make the computer easier to use’ near the bottom.
Then UNCHECK ‘Turn On Magnifier’. Hit OK and you’re done
